The spacious garage offers two additional refrigerators, a ping pong table, and new for 2023 a separate workout area that has boasts cardiovascular equipment, weights, and space for core/stretching exercises.
 
Lastly, the house is equipped with high speed WIFI, a 3 stop elevator, a generous outdoor shower, a full house generator, 5 TV’s, 15 Beach Chairs,  5 Beach Umbrellas, 2 Beach Wagons, 3 Coolers, and 3 Adult and 2 Kid Bikes  for your use and enjoyment.
