Sea Haven is a reverse living home with a master suite, kitchen, dining, and living room with tv on the second floor. The first floor has three additional guest bedrooms (one with an en suite), a family room/tv room, an office nook, and a laundry room. One flight of stairs to enter the home and a flight to the main living space. There is no elevator. A full-size garage is available to guests, including an additional refrigerator, grilling equipment, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, a couple of surfboards/boogie boards, and wetsuits. Six beach badges for the home (in season: last weekend in June to Labor Day)

This is a pet-friendly house for one dog (must be pre-approved) and a non-refundable pet fee of $300, applies.
